PacePocket

PacePocket is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that helps people protect downtime and vacations by turning vague intentions into enforceable, calendar-aware boundaries. It connects to Google/Microsoft calendars, detects high-stress pacing patterns (back-to-back meetings, late-night work, weekend creep), and proposes realistic “recovery blocks” based on your actual schedule and travel constraints. For vacations, it generates a simple coverage plan: who owns what while you’re out, what gets paused, and what must be escalated. It also creates an auto-reply and Slack/Teams status schedule that matches your plan, plus a one-tap “return ramp” that buffers your first day back. This is not a wellness app; it’s a scheduling and coordination tool that reduces the social and operational friction that causes downtime to fail.
