PaceProof is a mobile AI + traditional app that builds a realistic marathon pacing plan from your actual training, not wishful thinking. It connects to Strava/Garmin to pull recent runs, long-run progression, HR drift, and terrain, then generates a pace-by-mile plan with “if you feel X, do Y” decision rules. During race week it simulates outcomes (negative split vs. even pace vs. aggressive) and shows the probability of hitting your goal without imploding. On race day it gives simple audio cues: slow down now, take fuel now, adjust for hills/wind, and a “red flag” warning when your effort profile predicts a late crash. It’s brutally honest: if your training doesn’t support a BQ or PR, it tells you and offers the closest safe target plus a training fix for next cycle.
