PaceProof is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that helps runners and cyclists avoid burnout by turning messy recovery signals into simple, actionable training decisions. It pulls in your recent training load from Strava/Garmin, combines it with quick daily check-ins (sleep quality, soreness, stress, motivation), and outputs a “Green/Yellow/Red” plan for today: go hard, go easy, or rest. The AI component explains the recommendation in plain language and suggests a specific workout that fits your goal (5K, marathon, FTP, endurance). It also flags risky patterns like ramping volume too fast, stacking intensity days, or chronic fatigue. This is not another route tracker—assume you already have that. It’s a decision app that prevents the common, expensive mistake: training too much when your body can’t absorb it.
