PaceSplit

PaceSplit is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that builds pacing and rhythm plans across distances—from 200m repeats to marathon long runs—based on your actual recent workouts, not generic tables. It imports runs from Garmin/Strava, estimates your current fitness and fatigue, then prescribes target paces, rest intervals, and cadence ranges for each session. The key focus is “rhythm”: it flags when you’re overstriding, drifting cadence, or starting too fast, and gives simple cues (e.g., “hold 176–182 spm, cap first 2km at 5:10/km”). It also generates race-day pacing plans with split-by-split targets and a “blow-up risk” meter. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for personalization and anomaly detection; traditional for planning, logging, and integrations. Realistically, it must be narrow and excellent at pacing—trying to be a full training platform will lose to incumbents.
