PackAudit

PackAudit is a web + desktop app (traditional + AI) that stress-tests packaging designs against real production constraints before you send files to a converter. Upload dielines, artwork PDFs, and key specs (board grade, flute, film, ink set, finishing). The app runs automated preflight checks for common failure points: minimum line weights, barcode quiet zones, overprint/knockout issues, small text on curved panels, bleed/safe area violations, varnish/foil misregistration risk, and coating conflicts. It also generates a “press + finishing risk report” with plain-language fixes and a checklist you can attach to purchase orders. The AI component doesn’t “design” packaging; it reads your files/specs and flags likely manufacturing problems based on rules plus learned patterns from past issues you label (e.g., scuffing, cracking on folds, color shift on kraft). It’s not magic—just a practical QA layer that reduces expensive reprints and delays.
