PackFlow

PackFlow is a web + mobile app that standardizes and verifies the packing step for small and mid-sized warehouses that can’t justify a full WMS overhaul. It generates pack instructions per SKU (box size, inserts, hazmat notes, kitting steps), then enforces a simple scan-and-confirm workflow at the bench. The system flags common failure points: wrong item, missing item, wrong quantity, wrong box, and shipment split mistakes. It also captures lightweight evidence (timestamp, packer ID, optional photo) to resolve customer disputes faster. PackFlow integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, and ShipStation to pull orders and push back packed status and tracking. This is not magic: it won’t fix bad inventory accuracy or chaotic picking, but it will measurably reduce mispacks, re-shipments, and support tickets with minimal process change.
