PackLedger

PackLedger is a web app (with optional mobile scanner) that helps ecommerce brands and 3PLs track packaging materials, recycled content, and disposal claims with audit-ready evidence. It ingests purchase orders and supplier spec sheets, then lets warehouse staff scan inbound packaging SKUs and link them to shipments. The app generates customer- and regulator-facing reports (e.g., recycled content %, plastic tax readiness, EPR reporting inputs) and flags gaps like missing certificates, outdated specs, or suppliers with unverifiable claims. An AI assistant extracts key fields from PDFs and emails, but the product stays grounded: it focuses on documentation, traceability, and repeatable workflows rather than “saving the planet” dashboards. Integrations target the systems teams already use (Shopify, ShipStation, NetSuite exports) so adoption doesn’t require a full operations overhaul.
