PackProof

PackProof is a mobile + web app that creates tamper-evident “packing proof” for every order. Warehouse staff scans the order barcode, then the app records a short guided video of the pick/pack process (items, quantities, condition, and final seal). The clip is automatically hashed, time-stamped, and linked to the order ID, then stored with retention rules. When customers claim missing items, wrong SKU, or damaged-in-box, support can instantly pull the proof and respond with a clear timeline. It also flags repeat-claim customers and patterns by SKU/packer/shift to reduce future loss. This is not a magic fraud eliminator—some disputes will remain—but it can materially cut chargebacks, reshipments, and support time for merchants shipping high-claim categories (beauty, electronics, supplements).
