PackProof

PackProof is a mobile + web app that creates a tamper-evident “packing record” for every order. Warehouse staff scan the order barcode, then the app guides them through a short photo/video capture flow (items, serial numbers, condition, and final sealed box with label). The system timestamps, hashes, and stores the evidence, linking it to the order ID and carrier tracking. When a customer claims missing or wrong items, support can instantly pull the packing record and respond with proof, reducing refunds and chargebacks. It also flags repeat-claim customers and identifies packers, stations, or SKUs with abnormal dispute rates. This is not glamorous: adoption hinges on speed and minimal friction on the packing line. If capture takes more than ~10 seconds, teams will resist, so the UI must be ruthless about efficiency and offline reliability.
