PackProof

PackProof is a mobile + web app that prevents catering disasters caused by forgotten trays, utensils, chafers, signage, or dietary-labeled items. It turns each event’s BEO/menu into a packing checklist with required quantities, then uses quick barcode/QR scans (or manual taps) to verify every item is physically packed. Staff can assign packing zones (hot, cold, FOH, rentals), capture photos of loaded cambros, and flag last-minute changes so the kitchen and drivers see the same truth. A simple “ready-to-roll” gate blocks dispatch until critical categories are complete, and a post-event return checklist reduces lost equipment. This is not glamorous—it's operational hygiene—but it directly reduces comped events, frantic mid-event supply runs, and rental replacement costs. The MVP focuses on reliability, speed, and offline mode for chaotic kitchens and loading docks.
