PackPulse

PackPulse is a mobile + web app for battery-swapping operators and fleet managers that predicts swap demand and prevents stockouts at stations. It ingests station telemetry (inventory, charger status, pack health), local context (weather, events), and fleet usage patterns to forecast how many charged packs each site will need by hour/day. The app then recommends rebalancing routes (move charged packs from low-demand sites to high-demand sites), flags stations likely to run empty, and tracks pack health to avoid deploying weak batteries that cause customer complaints. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for forecasting and anomaly detection, traditional workflows for dispatch, alerts, and reporting. Realistically, it only works if you can integrate with station hardware/APIs and get reliable data; without that, it becomes a pretty dashboard with weak accuracy.
