PackSnapAR

PackSnapAR is a mobile + web AI app that helps packaging designers and small brands catch real-world fit and shelf issues before ordering expensive prototypes. Users scan a product (or import CAD dimensions), then overlay a dieline-based 3D mockup in AR to check clearances, label placement, barcode visibility, and “does it actually look right” proportions. It generates a simple pass/fail checklist and a shareable review link for stakeholders and printers. This isn’t a full CAD replacement—it's a fast reality-check layer that reduces back-and-forth and prevents common, costly mistakes like wrong panel sizing, unreadable nutrition panels, or awkward cap/closure spacing. The app focuses on speed: scan, align, review, export notes. It’s realistic for teams that can’t justify enterprise packaging suites but still lose money on reprints and missed deadlines.
