PactPilot

PactPilot is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams companion) for orchestrating multi-partner ecosystems across sales, implementation, and support. It centralizes partner onboarding, joint deal workflows, co-sell handoffs, and SLA ownership in one place, then pushes the right tasks and updates into the tools teams already use. The product focuses on the unglamorous but costly gaps: unclear ownership, stale partner data, and broken handoffs between vendors, SIs, agencies, and marketplaces. It includes a lightweight partner portal, shared playbooks, and a “handoff timeline” that shows who owes what next, with audit trails for compliance-heavy industries. AI is used selectively to summarize partner threads, extract action items from emails/notes, and flag risk (e.g., stalled approvals, missing security docs), but the core value is workflow discipline and visibility, not chatbots.
