PactPilot

PactPilot helps couples convert vague expectations into explicit “micro-agreements” with deadlines, check-ins, and consequences both partners accept. Instead of therapy content or fluffy prompts, it focuses on operationalizing partnership: who does what, when, and how success is measured. Partners create a pact from templates (money, in-laws, chores, intimacy, parenting), negotiate terms in-app, and schedule a 10-minute weekly review. An AI mediator suggests neutral wording, flags ambiguous terms (“help more”), and proposes fair splits based on time constraints and preferences—while keeping final decisions with the couple. A lightweight “breach log” tracks misses without shaming and prompts a reset conversation. The app is designed to reduce resentment by making invisible labor and assumptions visible, then maintaining accountability with minimal effort. It’s a mobile app with a companion web dashboard, combining traditional app flows with AI-assisted drafting and conflict de-escalation prompts.
