PactPilot
PactPilot is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small organizations run cross-border cooperation projects with fewer misunderstandings and fewer dropped balls. It combines a traditional project workspace with AI assistance for translation, meeting notes, and “agreement hygiene.” Teams create a shared project charter, roles, milestones, and decision logs, then capture every commitment as a trackable pact: who promised what, by when, and under which constraints (budget, approvals, legal). The AI layer summarizes multilingual meetings, flags ambiguous language (“ASAP”, “best effort”), suggests clearer wording, and generates country-aware checklists for common collaboration friction (data sharing, invoicing, procurement, travel). It’s not a magic diplomacy tool; it’s a practical accountability and clarity system for real-world cross-border work where time zones, languages, and admin rules derail progress.
