PactPulse

PactPulse is a mobile app for friends-with-benefits arrangements that tend to implode due to vague expectations, mismatched boundaries, and awkward check-ins. It helps two people privately align on what this is (and isn’t) using short, non-cringey prompts: frequency, sleepovers, exclusivity, public visibility, contraception expectations, aftercare, and what happens if feelings change. Each person answers separately; the app shows only overlaps and flagged mismatches, then generates a simple “pact” both can accept, revise, or end. A weekly 60-second pulse check tracks comfort, jealousy, and stress, and suggests a scripted conversation starter when scores diverge. It also includes a discreet “pause” button to stop meetups without ghosting, plus optional reminders for testing cadence. This won’t magically prevent heartbreak, but it will reduce preventable blowups caused by silence and assumptions.
