You can post meet-up pings (“Heading to Gate 3 at 11:40”), coordinate rideshares after the race, and swap tips like best viewing spots and radio frequencies. To keep it from becoming a spammy social network, chats auto-expire after the event and accounts require lightweight verification. Monetization is realistic: a small subscription for power features (premium filters, unlimited pings, photo drops) plus event partner placements (local bars, shuttle services). This is not a must-have utility, but it can become a habit for frequent attendees if it stays clean and useful.
