PaddockPass is a mobile + web app for track-day and performance driving schools to manage students, cars, instructors, and on-track sessions in one place. It handles online waivers, check-in, run-group assignments, instructor pairing, and incident notes, then produces a clean end-of-day report for staff and insurers. The AI layer turns instructor voice notes into structured feedback (braking points, vision, throttle application) and generates a simple “next session goals” card for each student. It also tracks car numbers, transponders, and basic maintenance flags so you stop losing time in the paddock. This is not a lap-timer toy; it’s operations software built for real event days with spotty connectivity, quick edits, and audit trails.
