PaddockPing is a mobile + web app for car clubs and meet organizers who are tired of flaky RSVPs, last-minute location changes, and police/venue shutdowns. Organizers create meets with a “verification mode” (member-only, invite-only, or public) and can push live updates (lot full, move to backup spot, weather reroute). Attendees check in via geofenced QR to confirm real turnout, not vanity RSVP counts. The app includes a lightweight club roster, role-based permissions (admin, marshal, photographer), and incident reporting to de-escalate problems before they blow up. It’s not trying to be another social feed; it’s an operations tool that makes meets smoother, safer, and more predictable. Monetization is straightforward: organizer subscriptions for advanced controls, plus optional paid ticketing for charity cruises or limited-capacity events.
