PadProof is a mobile AI app that checks helmet and protective gear fit using your phone camera and a short guided scan. It estimates whether a helmet is sitting too high/low, straps are misrouted or too loose, and whether pads are positioned correctly, then gives simple fix-it steps with photos and a final “ready” checklist. It also stores each athlete’s gear profile (helmet model, size, last check date) and can be used by parents or coaches to verify a whole team quickly. This is not medical-grade and won’t prevent concussions; it’s a practical fit-and-compliance tool that reduces obvious mistakes that happen constantly in youth sports. Monetization is straightforward: a parent plan for a few athletes, and a team plan for leagues/schools needing consistent pre-practice checks and documentation.
