PagerTriage
PagerTriage is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that sits between monitoring tools and on-call responders to reduce alert fatigue and speed up incident resolution. It ingests alerts from sources like PagerDuty/Opsgenie, Datadog, Prometheus, and CloudWatch, then clusters duplicates, detects likely root-cause groups, and routes only actionable incidents to the correct service owner based on ownership maps and recent deploy context. It provides a single “incident inbox” with severity suggestions, suppression rules, and an audit trail of what was silenced and why. The AI layer proposes grouping, severity, and routing, but humans approve rules and can override decisions instantly. It also generates a clean incident timeline from chat/alerts for post-incident review without forcing a heavy postmortem workflow. Realistically, the product wins by saving on-call time, not by promising magical auto-remediation.
