PainPilot
PainPilot is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) for people living with recurring pain to log episodes in under 20 seconds and turn messy symptoms into usable evidence. Users record pain location, intensity, duration, meds, sleep, stress, activity, weather, and menstrual cycle signals, then see simple trend charts and trigger correlations. The AI layer summarizes the last 2–4 weeks into a clinician-friendly one-page report and flags patterns worth asking about (e.g., medication overuse headaches, flare-ups after poor sleep, or exertion thresholds). It also supports comfort tracking (heat/ice, stretching, pacing) so users can see what actually helps instead of guessing. Brutal truth: it won’t “cure” pain; it’s a data and communication tool that reduces uncertainty and wasted appointments.
