PairPulse is a mobile + web app that helps host families and au pairs stay aligned through structured, low-drama communication. It runs a simple weekly workflow: each side answers the same short prompts (hours worked vs. agreed, childcare tasks, driving, curfew, privacy, stress level, and one “what I need next week”). The app flags mismatches early (e.g., repeated overtime, unclear house rules) and generates a neutral summary for a 15-minute meeting. It also stores a living “house handbook” and agreement notes so expectations don’t live in scattered texts. This is not a replacement for agencies or legal advice; it’s a practical tool to reduce misunderstandings and document patterns. The AI component suggests agenda items and rewrites tense messages into calmer language, but users stay in control and can disable AI entirely.
