PaleoProofLog

PaleoProofLog is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps paleo/primal followers run simple “n=1” experiments and see what actually works for their body. Instead of another recipe database, it focuses on outcomes: energy, sleep, digestion, cravings, weight, training performance, and flare-ups. Users log meals quickly (photo, text, or templates), then tag common paleo variables like dairy reintroduction, nightshades, alcohol, fasting windows, and electrolyte intake. The app turns messy logs into weekly insights, highlighting correlations and suggesting the next best experiment (e.g., “remove almonds for 10 days” or “add 2g sodium/day”) with clear success metrics. It also generates a shareable clinician-friendly report for nutritionists, trainers, or functional medicine providers. This is realistic: it won’t ‘diagnose’ you, but it can make your self-tracking far less confusing and more actionable.
