PaleoPulse
PaleoPulse is a mobile + web AI app that helps paleo/primal eaters identify which foods and habits actually trigger symptoms and cravings—without guessing for months. Users run short, structured “mini-experiments” (7–14 days) around common paleo variables like dairy reintroduction, nightshades, FODMAP-heavy fruits, caffeine timing, alcohol, sleep debt, and training intensity. The app collects quick daily check-ins (GI, skin, energy, mood, hunger, sleep) and optionally pulls wearable data to reduce self-report bias. It then generates a plain-language “confidence report” showing which factors correlate with flare-ups and which are likely safe. It’s not a meal plan app; it’s a decision tool for people who already try to eat paleo but keep stalling due to unclear reactions. Expect some users to churn if they want recipes instead of experimentation.
