PalletProof

PalletProof is a mobile + web app that verifies pallet counts and location moves using quick photo capture and lightweight AI. Forklift drivers or receivers snap a photo of a pallet label and its surrounding bay marker; the system extracts the ID, quantity cues, and location, then creates an auditable “proof of placement” event. Supervisors get a web dashboard showing exceptions (blurry photos, mismatched SKUs, duplicate scans, wrong bay), cycle-count suggestions, and dispute-ready timelines for customers. This is not a full WMS replacement; it’s a bolt-on verification layer that reduces shrink, mis-slots, and chargebacks. Integrations push confirmed events into common WMS/ERP via API or flat-file. The product lives or dies on speed: one-handed capture, offline mode, and near-zero training. If it adds more than a few seconds per move, operators will resist.
