PAndAProof

PAndAProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for indie distributors and sales teams to track theatrical P&A and distribution costs against plan, title-by-title and market-by-market. It ingests actuals from invoices, credit card exports, and ad-platform spend (where available), then reconciles them to budget line items like trailers, DCPs, KDMs, publicity, exhibitor materials, and digital ads. The app flags overruns early, highlights vendors with recurring discrepancies, and produces clean, investor-ready cost reports for recoupment and waterfall discussions. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to auto-categorize messy invoice descriptions, detect duplicates, and suggest budget mappings, but humans keep final approval. This is not glamorous—it's operational accounting pain—but it directly impacts profitability and credibility with financiers.
