PanelPilot

PanelPilot is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for organizing recurring, paid expert panels for product, GTM, and research teams. Instead of hunting for 1:1 calls, you build a vetted panel (e.g., 30 oncology nurses, 50 IT admins, 20 freight brokers) and run structured sessions: monthly Q&A, rapid surveys, concept tests, and moderated group calls. The app handles expert screening, scheduling, NDAs, consent, and payouts, and it produces a clean “panel memory” with searchable transcripts and tagged insights. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps match questions to the right panel segment, auto-summarizes sessions, flags contradictions, and generates a reusable insight brief. Realistically, the hard part is supply: recruiting credible experts and keeping them active. The product focuses on making a smaller, high-retention panel more valuable than a giant directory.
