PanelPilot

PanelPilot is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for preparing specifically for panel and loop interviews. Instead of generic mock interviews, it lets you build a panel simulation: 3–6 interviewers with distinct roles (hiring manager, peer, cross-functional, senior leader) and timed handoffs. You answer out loud, and the app tracks whether you actually addressed the question, gave evidence, and closed with an outcome. An AI coach generates follow-ups that mimic real panel behavior (interruptions, clarifying questions, scope changes) and scores you against a role-specific rubric you can customize. It also produces a one-page “panel brief” you can review before the real interview: your strongest stories, weak spots, and likely probes. This is not magic: it won’t guarantee offers, but it can reduce the most common failure mode—rambling and inconsistent storytelling across interviewers.
