PanelPilot
PanelPilot is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) for clinical labs and biotech teams that maintain targeted gene panels. It continuously monitors public sources (ClinVar, gnomAD, OMIM where licensed, PubMed) and flags actionable changes: new gene–disease validity, variant reclassifications, transcript updates, and guideline shifts. Instead of dumping alerts, it maps each change to your specific panel definition and produces a review queue with evidence links, suggested actions, and an auditable decision log. The MVP focuses on one painful workflow: keeping panels and reportable regions up to date while staying inspection-ready. It exports clean change reports for CAP/CLIA documentation and can generate a “what changed since last validation” packet. This is an AI-assisted app (LLM summarization + rule-based triggers), but it does not pretend to replace a geneticist—humans approve every change.
