PanelPing is a web + mobile app that monitors the health of fire alarm control panels and related life-safety devices without replacing the existing system. It connects via a small gateway (or approved panel integrations where available) to capture trouble signals, supervisory events, and communication failures, then routes them to the right people with escalation rules. The app keeps a tamper-proof timeline of events, acknowledgements, and resolution notes so facilities can prove diligence during audits and after incidents. It also schedules recurring checks (battery, dialer/cellular path tests, sprinkler valve status verification) and flags patterns that usually precede failures (repeat troubles, low battery trends). This is not a dispatch replacement; it’s a reliability layer for teams who are tired of finding out about faults too late or via a noisy panel beeper in an empty building.
