PanicAnchor

PanicAnchor is a mobile app designed for people who don’t want “wellness vibes” when they’re actively spiraling. It delivers a 60–180 second emergency protocol: grounding prompts, paced breathing with haptics, and a short, structured script to interrupt catastrophic thinking. The app learns which interventions work for you by tracking quick outcomes (before/after distress rating, time-to-calm) and context (time, location category, triggers you choose). It also offers an optional “support plan” you set up when calm: trusted contacts, clinician notes, and a personalized step-down sequence for after the spike. This is not therapy and won’t pretend to be; it’s a practical tool for acute moments. Offline mode is included because anxiety doesn’t wait for signal. Monetization is straightforward: a low-cost subscription for personalization and advanced protocols.
