PantryPilot

PantryPilot is a mobile + web app that turns meal kits into a “use-what-you-have” system. Users scan receipts or barcodes, track pantry staples, and set dietary goals and budget. The app then recommends meal-kit style recipes (pre-portioned instructions) and generates a minimal add-on shopping list for missing items, with optional one-click ordering from local grocery delivery partners. It also schedules cooking around real life: 15-minute weeknights, batch-cook Sundays, and leftover-aware plans that reduce waste. This is not trying to beat HelloFresh on logistics; it’s a software layer that makes any grocery run feel like a meal kit and helps households stop buying duplicates. Monetization is a subscription plus affiliate revenue from grocery delivery and brand-sponsored staple swaps.
