Paper2Sky
Paper2Sky is a web app (with optional desktop companion) that converts key results from astrophysics papers into interactive, explorable simulations and visual summaries. Users paste a DOI/arXiv link or upload a PDF; the app extracts figures, equations, parameter tables, and assumptions, then generates a “replication notebook” with sliders, plots, and a sky/space visualization where applicable (e.g., light curves, spectra, N-body toy models, cosmology parameter impacts). It’s not a magic “reproduce the entire paper” button—most papers won’t fully replicate without code/data—but it will reliably produce an honest, structured summary, highlight missing inputs, and provide simplified models that match the paper’s reported trends. The product focuses on speed: understanding what a paper claims, what it depends on, and what you can sanity-check in minutes rather than hours.
