ParaPulse is a mobile + web app for special education paraprofessionals and teachers to capture in-the-moment support data with minimal friction. Paras log prompts, accommodations used, behavior incidents, and quick notes via one-tap buttons and short voice-to-text, tied to a student and class period. The app auto-generates clean, timestamped session summaries that teachers can review, edit, and export for documentation or team meetings. It also includes simple schedules, task checklists, and “what to do next” playbooks aligned to teacher-defined plans, so paras aren’t guessing during transitions. This is not a full IEP system; it’s a lightweight execution-and-evidence layer that fits the reality of busy classrooms. Expect adoption to depend on admin buy-in and privacy compliance, but the workflow is genuinely faster than paper or scattered Google Docs.
