ParaRoster
ParaRoster is a mobile + web app for adaptive and Paralympic teams to manage attendance, transport needs, and last‑minute roster gaps. Coaches set sessions and required classifications/roles (e.g., wheelchair rugby low-pointer/high-pointer, guide runner needed, spare chair). Athletes confirm with one tap and specify constraints like accessible pickup, chair battery status, pain/fatigue level, or equipment issues. When someone drops, the app automatically pings eligible substitutes based on classification, location, and availability, and can coordinate accessible rides. It also tracks basic participation minutes and readiness trends so coaches can plan safely without medical overreach. This is not a “social network for para-sport”; it’s boring operations software that reduces cancellations, wasted facility time, and unsafe mismatches. Monetization is team/club subscriptions with optional transport coordination fees.
