ParcelProof

ParcelProof is a web + mobile app that helps small surveyors, real-estate attorneys, and title teams quickly validate parcel boundaries by combining public parcel data, recorded deed descriptions, and user-collected GPS traces. Users import a parcel ID or upload a deed PDF, then the app highlights mismatches between mapped parcels and deed bearings/distances, flags gaps/overlaps, and generates a simple “confidence report” with sources and timestamps. It’s not a replacement for a licensed survey—ParcelProof is a triage tool to catch obvious issues early, reduce back-and-forth, and prioritize when a full survey is needed. The app focuses on auditability: every boundary claim is tied to a source layer, document excerpt, or field trace. Exports include shareable links, PDF reports, and GeoJSON for downstream GIS workflows.
