ParcelPulse is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that monitors specific land parcels and flags meaningful changes using frequently updated satellite imagery. Users draw or upload parcel boundaries, pick what they care about (new construction, clearing, grading, flooding, crop stress), and receive scored alerts with before/after imagery, a simple explanation, and an exportable report. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional GIS for parcel management and basemaps, plus AI change detection to reduce manual scanning. The honest truth: you cannot beat Google/Esri on “general mapping,” so this focuses on a narrow, high-value workflow—watchlists and evidence. The MVP should prioritize a few reliable change types and a limited geography where imagery cadence is good. Pricing is per parcel/watchlist volume, aimed at teams that already spend time and money on site visits, disputes, and compliance documentation.
