ParcelPulse

ParcelPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors specific parcels or corridors using satellite imagery and flags meaningful change: new construction, vegetation clearing, flooding, soil disturbance, or encroachment. Users draw/upload boundaries (KML/GeoJSON), choose alert sensitivity, and get weekly/daily change reports with before/after imagery, a confidence score, and an exportable audit trail. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional GIS workflows plus ML-based change detection tuned for “good enough” operational decisions, not academic perfection. The product is deliberately narrow: monitoring and evidence, not full GIS. It targets teams who currently rely on manual site visits, sporadic imagery checks, or expensive consultants. Expect false positives early; the value is reducing blind spots and creating a defensible record faster than human review alone.
