ParkAudit

ParkAudit is a mobile + web app for parking operators and property managers to verify that their parking revenue and enforcement activity match what’s actually happening on-site. Staff or contractors do quick “walk audits” by scanning license plates (OCR) and logging stall occupancy, signage compliance, and payment evidence (meter/receipt/permit). The system reconciles audits against payment provider exports and enforcement logs to flag anomalies: broken equipment, high non-payment zones, inconsistent tow/boot activity, and suspicious voids/discounts. It generates simple weekly reports for owners and asset managers with photos, timestamps, and GPS trails so findings are defensible. This isn’t a consumer parking finder; it’s an operational control tool. Expect pushback from incumbents and some messy integrations, but if you can prove even a small revenue lift or reduced disputes, it pays for itself quickly.
