Unlike broad “mobility” apps, it focuses on a painfully specific problem: reliable parking near offices, hospitals, stadiums, and dense neighborhoods. Hosts list a spot with simple rules (hours, vehicle size, gate code, towing policy) and set pricing. Drivers reserve ahead, get turn-by-turn navigation, and unlock access instructions at arrival time. The app handles payments, deposits, and basic dispute workflows with photo check-in/out. A lightweight verification flow (ID + address proof for hosts) reduces scams. Realistically, this wins only in cities where parking is consistently scarce and enforcement is strict—otherwise users won’t bother. Start with 1–2 micro-areas, partner with local property owners, and expand block-by-block.
