ParkProof

ParkProof is a mobile + web app that helps drivers contest parking citations by turning a messy, time-consuming process into a guided workflow. Users scan the ticket, the app extracts key details (location, time, violation code), then prompts for the exact evidence that actually matters: photos of signage, curb markings, meter status, GPS trace, and time-stamped context. It generates a jurisdiction-specific appeal letter, assembles a clean PDF packet, and tracks deadlines with reminders. It also stores a “parking spot log” so users can capture signage when they park (before the ticket happens). This is not magic: it won’t win every case, and many cities are hostile. But it can materially increase the odds and reduce the hassle enough that people will actually appeal instead of paying out of frustration.
