ParkPulse

ParkPulse is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard for power users) that helps theme-park visitors make better in-the-moment decisions: which ride to hit next, when to eat, and where crowds are building. It combines official posted wait times (when available) with anonymous, opt-in user pings and lightweight sensor signals (GPS movement patterns) to estimate “true” waits and walking-time-adjusted routes. The app is honest about uncertainty: it shows confidence levels and suggests alternatives when data is thin. It also supports group coordination (meet-up points, shared plan) without pretending to replace the park’s official app. Monetization is realistic: a low-cost subscription for advanced routing and offline maps, plus affiliate revenue for nearby dining/merch offers where allowed. The goal is not magic—just fewer bad choices and less standing around.
