ParkPulse is a mobile + web app that predicts how enjoyable a park or attraction will be right now—beyond just “busy.” It combines live signals (parking availability, nearby traffic speed, weather, public event permits, school holidays, and user check-ins) to produce a simple “Go / Maybe / Skip” score for each park, trailhead, zoo, or attraction. Users can set alerts like “notify me when it’s calm enough for a stroller walk” or “when picnic areas free up.” The app also suggests nearby alternatives when conditions are poor, including quieter entrances and less-crowded time windows. This is not a magic solution: coverage will start in a few cities and expand only where data is reliable. Monetization is practical: a freemium consumer app plus B2B dashboards for park operators and local tourism boards who want demand smoothing and staffing insights.
