ParkPulse is a mobile app that helps drivers cut parking costs by predicting where and when cheaper parking will actually be available, not just advertised. It combines real-time signals (public garage occupancy feeds where available, user check-ins, and historical patterns) to recommend nearby blocks/garages with the best odds of open spots at the lowest total cost. Users set preferences like max walk time, safety level, EV charging, and “no surprise fees.” The app also tracks your true monthly parking spend and highlights repeat “leak” locations (e.g., venues with inflated event rates). This is not magic: coverage will be strongest in dense cities and near popular destinations, and weaker in suburbs where data is sparse. The MVP focuses on a few launch cities and a tight loop of predictions + confirmations to improve accuracy fast.
