ParkRidePay is a mobile + web app for agencies and private lot operators to sell guaranteed park-and-ride spaces with simple enforcement. Riders can reserve a space for a specific time window, pay in-app, and get turn-by-turn directions plus a QR/plate-based permit. Operators get a lightweight dashboard to set capacity by day, manage pricing (flat or peak), and see utilization and revenue. The core value is predictability: commuters stop gambling on whether the lot will be full, and operators stop dealing with cash, paper permits, and disputes. This is not glamorous—adoption depends on lot owners and transit agencies agreeing to run paid/reserved inventory—but where lots routinely fill up, it solves a real, daily problem. Start with a few high-demand lots and expand once the workflow is proven.
