PartnerPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that orchestrates partner ecosystems for B2B SaaS and platform companies. It centralizes partner onboarding, co-selling workflows, deal registration, MDF requests, enablement content, and performance tracking across multiple partner types (resellers, SIs, agencies, tech partners). The product connects to your CRM and support tools, then enforces a consistent operating cadence: quarterly business reviews, pipeline hygiene, certification status, and SLA compliance. An AI layer drafts partner-facing emails, summarizes partner calls, flags at-risk partners, and recommends next-best actions based on pipeline and activity signals. The goal is not “another PRM,” but a pragmatic orchestration layer that makes partner operations measurable and repeatable without a heavy implementation. It’s designed for teams that are too small for enterprise PRMs but too partner-dependent to keep winging it.
