PartsMap
PartsMap is a mobile app (with a companion web dashboard) that helps users build integration and wholeness using a practical “parts” approach (inspired by IFS-style work, but not pretending to replace therapy). You do short daily check-ins to identify which part is running the show (protector, critic, people-pleaser, avoider), what it’s trying to prevent, and what it needs. The app turns this into a simple map over time: triggers, emotions, body sensations, and the recurring inner conflicts. An AI guide helps you phrase questions, reflect back patterns, and draft a 2-minute “integration script” you can read when activated. It also includes guardrails: crisis prompts, “this isn’t therapy” boundaries, and optional sharing exports for a real therapist or coach. The goal is less journaling, more usable self-coherence under stress.
