PartyPing is a mobile + desktop companion app that helps players form reliable, low-drama groups for multiplayer games without relying on noisy Discord servers or random matchmaking. Users create a lightweight profile (games, roles, region, mic/no-mic, playstyle, schedule), then post “pings” for a session with clear expectations (rank range, goals, vibe, timebox). A smart matching layer suggests compatible players and auto-builds a temporary lobby with voice/text, ready-check, and a simple “showed up / didn’t” attendance log. After sessions, players rate the experience on objective signals (punctuality, comms, teamwork) rather than vague star ratings, building a trust score over time. The app integrates with platform identities (Steam/Xbox/PSN where available) to reduce smurfing and fake accounts.
