PasskeyPilot

PasskeyPilot is a web app (with optional mobile admin companion) that helps small and mid-sized SaaS teams migrate from passwords/OTP to passkeys in a controlled, measurable way. It provides a drop-in authentication layer (or SDK) that supports passkeys, device-bound recovery, and fallback methods while tracking conversion and failure rates by browser, device, and user segment. The product focuses on the ugly operational reality: users on old devices, enterprise browsers, shared workstations, and support teams drowning in account-recovery tickets. It includes a policy engine to decide when to prompt for passkeys, when to allow fallback, and when to require step-up verification. It also ships with an admin dashboard that quantifies risk reduction and support savings, plus a playbook for staged rollout (beta cohort → opt-in → default-on).
